Let us not forget the sacrifices of so many on this day, which ensured our freedom and that of generations to come.

    1. Thank you Diana, for YOUR service. What an invaluable gift. My son has PTSD but is managing – he has to steel himself to do things with the whole family (crowds unnerve him) and we helped to get him a wave runner so he could get a sense of freedom out on the lake. He’s an adrenaline junkie, but is totally committed to his work at the base. He finally has a roommate living with him, another non-com.

      1. I didn’t work with vets, Noelle, but certainly sympathize and wish them the best of love, care, and recovery. The families losses were devastating and most of the children were so young. I’m glad your son is managing and he’s lucky to have a family that adores him. <3
