To all my followers, fellow bloggers and friends (you are all of them):
I am working on the cover for my third book. This one is more difficult because of its focus. Could you take some time out of your busy day and go to:
http://99designs.com/book-cover-design/vote-cip49o
and vote on a design? The print on each with be the same type as on my previous two covers and the title is Death by Pumpkin (some of the selections got it wrong).
Thanks a million!
Noelle
Did you purposely ask for different versions of the same picture Noelle? I think that the one on the very bottom right next to your previous cover is the best zoom of it. 🙂
HI Jo: My daughter linked into this site in LA and they give you options (for a price, but it’s not bad). Thanks for your input!
Pleasure Noelle. I think it matches the style of your first two covers’ style well.
I agree with Jo. The glimpse of the pumpkin gets the point across without overdoing it. Good luck with your decision 🙂
Thanks, Diana.
I tried to vote but had a problem. I think the second one fits in best with your other covers.
Thanks, Lucy!
Have been over and voted Noelle.. will put in dispatches tomorrow for a small boost. hugs
Thanks, Sally. I love this!

Please help Noelle Granger out with the cover of her latest book..
Thanks, Sallyl!
I like number three, because it shows well the power of the pumkin and the name of the writer. I wish you good luck.💐
Strange, I have just answered for number 11 , infact, but my answer has vanished.!!
No problem – the artists are going to work on the suggestions they get!

Noelle needs your opinion on a cover for her latest book 😃
Thanks, Chris.
Welcome Noelle 👍😃
I like #5. And the way it’s presented, I get a feeling the artist is a pro. I’m not that fond of the gradient background for the title, but I do think it’s the best use of the pic and it matches the other cover nicely – a good thing, for a series. #12 would be my 2nd choice; the blood on the wrist looks more realistic, and I prefer the title presentation. But that pumpkin strains credibility – it’s just a bit too much, unless the novel’s about alien pumpkins from outer space, landing on your car. It’s not as obviously photoshopped as some of the others, but still distracting.
Thanks, Holly! Now you will have to read the book to find out what it’s all about. No alien pumpkins from outer space though!
what a fascinating idea; good mixture to appeal to all tastes – glad to see the majority agrees with me (is that the right way round?)
🙂 🙂
Just voted. All the best. 😊
Thanks, Tracy!
You’re most welcome! The cover I voted for is in the lead. Yay! 👍
I voted! Now if I could only choose a President!
Yes, instead of super-delegates beholden to no one.
Voted and will go back to share from Sally’s site! 🙂
Thanks, Bette!
Interesting choices…😊
Wait til you read the book!

For once I seem to have chosen the most popular though my second choice which is is keeping with the Dacron cover is only running third.

There’s still some work to be done by the top artist(s) based on suggestions!
I like #12 by Kristen Designs. It will go nicely with the first two books and gives the right impression. Some of the others have colors that are jarring. The one in the lower right would work but is very much the same as book 1. it’s a balancing act between being similar and being too similar.
You’re right! But a lot of it is perspective. The top artist(s) will go back and make changes based on suggestions. This is FUN!
Ha!! I love that title. I vote for the one where the giant pumpkin landed on the car. Mega hugs.
Thanks Teagan! The artists are currently making revisions!
A great idea to come up with different suggestions. I’m a bit behind but I’m off to vote (mind you, I don’t have a great eye for these things). Good luck, Noelle.
The artists are still tweaking their offerings so don’t fash yourself (as they say here in the South)!
I’m with Teagan, on this one, although I wasn’t entirely sure what I had to do to vote. My guess is it was by clicking on the five stars? That’s what I’ve done anyway. Hope it worked.
Thanks, Hugh. The artists are tweaking their work, so we may have to go through this again (my daughter arranged this and didn’t tell me everything about the process!).
No problem. I was not sure if I voted correctly for the one I liked best. If we get another chance then I’ll certainly vote again.
I like the second one but the last one is my favorite. Matches your other two well.
Thanks, Sarah. The artists are currently tweaking based on comments! Cover reveal by the end of the month!
No question about it, number 3 with the huge pumpkin. What matters on Amazon is that a book is noticeable and stands out as a thumbnail, and this one will get people clicking on it every time. With the others, I couldn’t see quite what they were; as thumbnails they’ll just look like a mass of blood/colour.
Hi Terry – I took what people said and had the artists make corrections. We are down to two and I will have a poll posted here on those two! Could use your feedback again! Stay tuned!
